PENCIL DRAWINGS

UNIVERSITY DRAWINGS

I have enjoyed drawing from an early age and in the late sixties became interested in oil painting. In 1975 I decided to work with one medium exclusively and very surprisingly chose "Pen & Ink". Nu Pastels were being made in standard colors for the most part so I may do some pastel work later.

One of the biggest changes in my life occurred in 1977 when I participated in my first art show. I was amazed at the response to my work and from then  on for many years, I was fortunate to have made my living as an artist of which I have enjoyed so much.

For the last ten years or so, I have not participated in any shows, but I have continued with my art, working in a number of mediums but mostly with graphite. I would like to posibly try making some Giclee prints in the future, which is needed so much, again because of the nature of  my time consuming drawings.
